Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I am so happy I started going to the Elk Grove Village Pet Clinic. The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean, and Dr. Stram is by far the most caring & gentle man I have ever entrusted my pets to. He is extremely kind, answers all your concerns & questions and most importantly to me, is thoughtful with my pets and shows compassion towards them.
