This clinic is outstanding (including the techs who are wonderful). They are always excited to see our dogs, do put the pets first, take the time to really get to know them, and also take the time to balance and understand your needs as “parents”/owners too. That is what differentiates them. Last year, our dog was very ill and the staff at Elk Grove helped us every step of the way, including with the specialists we needed to see. Knowing us and our dog really well, helped us make the best decisions that vets who don’t know you can’t help you with. You can’t anticipate that you will need that type of care, understanding and assistance, but then you do. They were really there for us and it helped our dog and our family so much.
