Emergency Veterinary surgery

I have been going to Dr. Stram for the past 7 years. My dog was the first pet I have ever owned. The staff has ALWAYS been so friendly. From the moment you walk in the door the receptionists are greeting you and your pet. Many times they will come from behind the counter to pet my dog. In the exam room the techs are so good at taking a moment to sit on the floor to pet her and reassure her. Recently, my dog had emergency surgery. I called frequently and the staff was always able to give me updates and reassure me that my dog was doing well. Dr. Stram took the time to explain the options that could be taken. He was kind and caring, knowing how upset I was. I highly recommend the Elk Grove Pet Clinic.
